At a very young age she learned the values of hard work, perseverance and developed a passion for real estate by watching her father.  Bailey attended the University of New Hampshire and it was there that she began her career in real estate while simultaneously earning her bachelor’s degree in communications. She first worked in property management overseeing student housing and after earning her degree furthered her real estate career by working in a variety of property management roles - from residential condo associations to luxury residential communities. Goulding’s previous property management experience provided the perfect transition to a career in real estate sales.
