Sell With Us

We represent homeowners in the sale of their residential properties in MA & NH.

Step 1: Find out how much your home is worth

Contact us for a complimentary home market analysis to establish a list price for your property.  Once that price is determined, a listing agreement is signed and one of our top notch agents will assist you in preparing your home for sale.

Step 2: Customized Marketing Plan

Real estate marketing is evolving and your agent will work behind the scenes to ensure your home is marketed to potential buyers in a variety of ways. Every marketing plan includes professional photography, virtual tours and optional virtual staging that is featured on local and national websites, social media and print advertising. There are also some tried and true methods of marketing including open houses and pre-market networking with our broker community. A unique marketing plan for each and every property will help set your home apart from others in the market.

Step 3: Listing Launch

Once your home is launched on the open market you can expect for your agent to show it to qualified prospective buyers, conduct optional open houses and present you with any potential offers. They will also keep you apprised of current market conditions and inventory levels in order to make any adjustments in price and advertising along the way.

Step 4: Offer Acceptance

When an offer from a prospective buyer is submitted with acceptable price and terms, the seller would formally accept it and a deposit would be collected from the buyer.  There is usually a period of due diligence where the buyer has the opportunity to perform inspections. Once that is complete and all contingencies fulfilled we would move forward towards a closing.

Step 5: Closing

During the closing process your seller's agent can recommend movers and help to facilitate any next steps including the purchase of your next home. On the closing day there will be several documents to sign and you then would collect the proceeds from the sale of your home. Congratulations!
