Also known as the Sleeper Street Lofts, Dockside Place is located in the Fort Point Channel part of Boston's Seaport Neighborhood. Built in 1890 and converted in 1982, the building which was originally a warehouse offers historic architecture and a lobby atrium with glass elevator. 

Huge factory-style windows, exposed brick-and-beam elements and generally larger square footage in the units given the loft style are some of the highlights of this building.
